I led the branding for Elevate, a $50 million luxury condominium project located just steps from one of Coralville’s fastest-growing districts. This project was a true convergence of branding, architecture, and place-making, where design decisions had lasting physical impact on the final design of the property.

Inspired by the surrounding landscape and the property’s elevated site, I developed a refined, nature-driven color palette that directly influenced architectural finishes and interior design details. My role spanned concept development, presentations to stakeholders, and collaboration with architects, interior designers, graphic designers, web developers, and photographers. The approved identity system was extended across the property’s brand collateral, signage, website, and environmental branding.

In close collaberation with the digital and social media teams, I designed promotional assets for the launch campaign of the first building which quickly sold out. Elevate is now two buildings into its planned three-phase development.

To support the launch, I art-directed a cinematic drone shoot that spotlighted not only the Elevate property, but the broader Iowa River Landing district—featuring more than a dozen restaurants, boutiques, and lifestyle destinations. The footage was leveraged across social media channels to position Elevate as a premium lifestyle choice within a vibrant nature and urban setting.

This project exemplified how strategic brand design can shape perception, enhance desirability, and influence the built environment both inside and out.
